Changing of the guard at Sandler AG

At Sandler AG an era is coming to an end. Simultaneously, a change of generations takes place: At the end of the year, Dieter Magiera, Member of the Management Board, retires after more than 40 years of service in the company. Vice President of Sales, Logistics and Procurement, Dr. Ulrich Hornfeck, was appointed his successor.

However, Mr. Magiera will not be leaving the company for good as he has been appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board. At the same time, current chairperson Ursula Sandler, widow of the longstanding company leader Diplom-Kaufmann Christian Heinrich Sandler, resigns from her office.
